孟刚_正本.jpgMeng Gang, born in April 1958, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He started to work in January 1976 after obtaining a bachelor’s degree. He was a research fellow at the Bayan Nur City Education Bureau. Currently, he is a vice secretary-general of CSE.


1976.01—1985.09: teacher at the 15 Regiment School of the Second Division of the Inner Mongolian Production and Construction Corps.


1985.07—2013: official at the Bayan Nur City Bureau of Education, staff member of the Finance Departments and the Department of Minority Nationalities Education of the Ministry of Education. Meanwhile, he was a member of the Compulsory Education Project in Poverty-stricken Areas, the National Steering Group for the Reconstruction of Poor-Quality School Buildings, and the Steering Group for Two Basic Education Plans.


2010.10— till now: vice secretary-general of CSE
