朱慕菊_正本.jpgZhu Muju was born on June 24, 1950 in Wuhan. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Beijing Normal University and a master’s degree from Hiroshima University, both in education.


She was the director of the Preschool Education Office of the Department of Basic Education of the Ministry of Education, deputy director general of the Department of Basic Education of the Ministry of Education, vice chairperson of the Education Steering Committee of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee and vice chairperson of the Expert Committee on National Teacher Education Curriculum Resources of the Ministry of Education.


She organized the feasibility study on the basic education curriculum reform, the macro-design of the basic education curriculum reform, and the development of The National Program for the Curriculum Reform of Basic Education.
